All is One

The number One can be understood as the infinite Everything.
The number Two for example could mean that there is a difference between a thing and another, there is a separation between two things, each thing has a limit where it ends and the other thing begins.

But the number One means it never ends. It is still the same, it is still this one, it never ends, you will never find something else, it is always the same One, infinite.

Therefore the Universe, which is Everything, can be understood as the infinite One, there is nothing else.

The infinite One is seen by each consciousness through a point of view.
Quite literally…

Consciousness is a Point of view

If you are in a room and there is a sofa in the middle of the room, from your point of view you can see one side of the sofa, and the other side of the sofa is hidden. You can see what is in front of the sofa, and you cannot see what is immediately behind the sofa, it is hidden to you. That is what a point of view is: you can see some things, and not some others.

Exactly the same applies to your consciousness. The Universe is Everything. Your consciousness is a subpart of the Everything, and as far as you are concerned every thing that is not in your consciousness does not exist at all for you.

In other words, your consciousness is ignoring all the rest of the Universe, and is only considering a subpart of it.

This is equivalent to say that you consciousness is hiding all the rest of the Universe and seeing only a subpart of it.

Can you see now? Your consciousness is a point of view of the Universe. Consider the below diagram:

Truth.jpg

There is a 2-dimensional circle, a 2-dimensional rectangle (or square), and a 3-dimensional cylinder.

Let us say that Robert knows the rectangle is True, Circea knows the circle is True, and Cyrano knows the cylinder is True.

If Robert (rectangle) and Circea (circle) were to talk together, they would never agree. For Robert, a rectangle is not a circle, and something cannot be different to itself. Therefore if the Truth is a rectangle, and if a circle is different than a rectangle, then the circle is False.

What happens is that Robert is only conscious of a subpart of the One Everything. In this specific example, Robert can only see 2-dimensions of the object, and all the other dimensions are hidden to him. In particular, he does not see the 3rd dimension of the object. Robert is not conscious of the 3rd dimension, and as a result the 3rd dimension of the object simply does not exist at all for him. The same applies to Circea, she only sees 2 dimensions of the object.

However what is interesting is that Circea has a different consciousness, she has a different point of view.

Both Robert and Circea are talking about the same thing: the Universe, the One. But what Circea can see and what is hidden to her is different than for Robert. They have different points of view, different consciousnesses, and what exists for Robert does not exists for Circea.

Cyrano, however, has a higher point of view. His consciousness is wider, he has a larger vision, and he sees the 3-dimensional cylinder.

Cyrano understands Robert, Cyrano understands Circea. Cyrano even understands why Robert and Circea disagree with each other. And this leads us to an important point…

“All contradictions can be reconciled from a higher point of view”

What you think is False and in contradiction with what you think is True, can actually be reconciled from a higher point of view from where you could see that both were actually the same thing but seen from two different points of view.

If Robert were able to embrace a higher point of view, he would reconcile the rectangle with the circle. He would see that both the rectangle and the circle were just the same cylinder seen from different points of views. And that neither of the rectangle nor the circle was more True than the other.

Cyrano already knows that. Cyrano does not think Robert is wrong. The cylinder does actually look like a rectangle from Robert’s point of view, and so Robert is right. Same for Circea, the cylinder does actually look like a circle from Circea’s point of view, and Cyrano agrees with that. Cyrano reconciled both points of view, they are both True, and they both refer to the same.

Remark: mathematically, the rectangle is a set of points on a plane. The cylinder is not a rectangle but there is indeed a set of points belonging to the cylinder that forms a rectangle. In fact, there are infinitely many such sets, since there are infinitely many 2-dimensional sections of the cylinder containing a rectangle.
Similarly, there are infinitely many circles. We know that Existence, Truth and Consciousness are the same. Therefore if Robert is conscious of a set of point that forms a rectangle, then the rectangle exists for him and is True for him. Same applies for Circea, the circle exists for her and is True for her because she is conscious of it.
Cyrano has a wider consciousness and is conscious of infinitely more points, he is conscious of the 3-d cylinder that contains all the rectangles and circles. The rectangles and circles both exist for Cyrano, they are both True for Cyrano, he is conscious of both.

Would a 2-dimensional triangle be False in this case?

The cylinder cannot be seen with a triangular shape from any point of view. Does it mean a 2-dimensional triangle (instead of rectangle or circle) is definitely absolutely False?

No. Because the 3-dimensional cylinder can be itself seen as the projection of a 4-dimensional object. This 4-dimensional object can be seen from many different points of views, one of these points of view provides the cylinder in the diagram above, but another point of view could very well provide a triangular 3-dimensional object that can be projected, in turn, in a 2-dimensional triangle.

Therefore the cylinder is not the absolute Truth. There is no absolute Truth. And a 2-dimensional triangle would be as much True as the rectangle or the circle, because the cylinder itself is only a point of view too.

Remark: on the internet you may find the same diagram with “Truth” instead of “True” written on the cylinder. This is misleading as the cylinder is itself a point of view, as much as the rectangle or the circle.

The Universe is One infinite. Your consciousness hides parts of it, creating a point of view, like a play of shadows. Different consciousnesses have different points of view. But all the different points of views are points of views of the same One.

This applies for absolutely any thing in the Universe.
The color Red, the color Blue, the sensation of Cold, the feeling of Happiness, the number 7, Music, a rock on the floor… every single thing is just the same One infinite seen from a point of view, a very narrow point of view that hides almost everything else.

Indeed, some people (some autistic people for example) are able to see colors when they think about numbers, they reconcile colors and numbers and see them as one and the same thing. Some other people feel emotions when they think about numbers, some other people see colors when they hear music, and of course most people feel emotions when they hear music. All is One.
